Hi Lisa,

I just read about your bowen expereince. I just had my first few sessions with Bowen as well, with an amazing practitioner in Berkeley. After the first one, I had a huge die-off healing crisis. After the second one I felt like I was floating and my pain was almost all gone. Several times I haev felt the energy just whooshing up my body.

Another sort of funny story...there is someone on Lymenet who goes by Lisag and she e-mailed me and Ithought she was *you* so I started talking about Bowen. Well I found out she wasn't you but she ended up going to my Bowen guy and also having a great expereince. Weird, eh?
