An introduction of my goals and expected outcomes

Well here I am at this weight loss thing again. I've tried to lose weight so many times some have been successful some not. My highest weight was 190 and through the years I've been able to get down to 160 that's where I am not. My goal is to get to 140 by whenever. I just want to start eating healthier and exercising so that's what I'm going to do.

I've decided that I'm going to incorporate a raw food diet. I will be eating mostly vegetebles and working out daily at my gym. It sounds simple but I know it will be one of the most difficult things I've ever done. I'd like to use this site as a way to record my daily feelings/experiences and as a way to motivate me to really stick with things. I've weighted myself this morning and I don't plan on weighing myself again until a month from now on September 24th. I'd like to be at my goal weight by then but it's not going to be mandatory for me.

Anyway, here's a summary:

Starting Weight: 160 - August 24
Goal Weight: 140 - September 24?

Daily Exercise
Raw foods (mostly raw vegetebles)
Journal daily progress/expereinces on CureZone
