EFT Back pain

Date:   1/19/2006 11:10:32 PM ( 18 y ago)

The opportunities to use EFT are not as great as they were in the fall. I do come into contact with less people because of Sport and Fitness closing. I guess that's most of it.

A new yoga class. B has lots of back problems and down into her leg and numb toes. She goes to Physical Therapy so I want to support the work she is doing there. The first round of tapping we did at the beginning had no change in back discomfort. It was a 4/5. Then after 15-20 minutes of some gentle yoga her pain was at a 3. I was not sure why the beginning round brought no change. So when we tapped at the end, I did the tapping on her and we included the 9 gamut. Then her pain went to a 2 and after relaxation she said she had some feeling in her toes. I hope that the weekly classes will be a real long-lasting benefit to her. She called it crunchy neck and back. I used her own wording on the last time too.
