Monday went very well. I was in fasting mode straight away probably because had started last week and did not throw in the towel when I fell off the wagon. I had a huge headache from ab 12 noon until I fell asleep. I went to bed really early, could not stand it! Today is the strat of school term again and I am busy working too from now on!

I feel no hunger which a miracle, I'm making the most of it!
