sickness plagues me

I have not been posting as I have been very sick. turns out I can't work out that much right now as i cannot seem to keep my food down. I am waiting to hear from specalists to get some tests done. hope its nothning serious. I've lost like 30lbs and have not really been working out so must be something not quite right!!

Anyway will keep all posted
