Day three

I've now entered day three, and haven't had too bad of a time of it. I've had a low-grade headache that comes and goes. Yesterday I didn't have much energy at all. I haven't experienced any of the intense early-detox symptoms yet. Normally today's the day, so we shall see.

I've lost a few pounds (maybe four - it fluctuates with clothing and time of day), so that's a good motivator. Also, I'm considering trying a coffee enema. If anyone has ever done this, let me know. I've done regular enemas before...but coffee makes me a bit nervous.

So far so good....
