PMS killing me

I have lost only 2 lbs but I also started my period, so I imagine that a lot more has actually come off of me. I have cut my calories and have only had fruits and veggies for two days. I also still havent given up coffee or diet coke. Those will be the hardest. I am in agonizing pain from the pms worse than most months. I feel nauseous I hurt so bad.
