Thanks for the encouragement. I think I will start w/ a half day and it should make it easier. I am juicing oranges, apples, carrots, celery, and romaine in various combinations. I would rather water fast except that the cleansing fiber drink is terrible w/ just water. So I have my cleansing juice in the morning and water the rest of the day. - Theoretically of course, since I haven't made it past one day yet. Or maybe I should have half my juice in the morning and half at night? I don't have much experience w/ psyllium so I'm not sure yet what the best way is for me. I'll experiment.
