Day 3 and 4

I made it through day 3! That was my first mini goal, and its definetely getting easier. The first day was the toughest, and last night was pretty rough too.

Day 3 was for teh most part, uneventful. I got home, took a really long nap (I've been doing that lately, yay for juice), and when I got up I hung around, then made my juices and all that. I decided I should have some vegetable juice, if nothing else because I didn't have enough fruits for last night and today. So I made myself some vegetable juice, which I just don't like, and tried to force it down. It was sooo gross. I am just not a vegetable juice person. I wound up throwing out the last little bit, but I got most of it down. I felt really nauseous for the rest of the nigth after that. I tried to get some homework and stuff done, but just felt gross. No more vegetable juice for me, its not worth it. If people can do 30 days of just the MC, I can do thirty days of fruit, tea, and the MC. I haven't really been feeling any broth either. And things are starting to smell and taste different. Especially my sense of smell. I cooked burgers yesterday, and the smell of the raw meat made me gag. It wasn't so bad once it was cooked, but it wasn't pleasant. Things tasted a little different last time after my 3 day fast, but I didn't notice smells too much. Now everything smells different. I had really bad allergies and almost constant sinous infections when I was a kid, so my sense of smell has never been that keen.

I haven't had too many food temptations. Yesterday when I was cooking the hamburgers I cooked tater tots too, and I really like tater tots. I so just wanted to pop one in my mouth. Every once in a while I'll think, well I can have just one, chew it, then spit it out. No way do I have that kind of will power though. Besides a few random cravings, I don't even really want to eat. Day 3 was probably the worst for hunger so far, but even then it wasn't too bad. Hopefully now my digestive system will be shut down, and there won't be any hunger. Nothing else has been wrong with me, besides being tired and sleeping more, and the headache I had on day one. I have nausea every once in awhile, but besides last night it hasn't been anything major.

I weighed myself this morning, and I was still 134.4. I couldn't remember if before I'd weighed myself with or without clothes, so I took off my pajamas and then I was down to 132. I think I weighed myself with clothes before, but now I'll start without to get a more accurate reading.

I'm only a few hours into Day 4, nothing very exciting to report. I need to go out today and get some more fruit, but that's about it. I've got a lot of stressful stuff going on, so send some positive thoughts in my direction.
