Day 5

Went to bed at 12am which is early for me,then spent the next 3 hours getting getting stressed and anxious about a situation and colleague at work.Eventually drifted off and woke up about 8.30am.I only had 4 and a 1/2 hours sleep and did not feel in the least bit sluggish!This alone is amazing for me as in similar situations in the past i have felt awful.

Had some juice and thought about the day ahead.Today would be my biggest test as i was working from 10am -7pm and knew i would be doing some physical work (gardening) which i dont normally do.

Morning
Did the gardening ok, but paced myself and felt i needed to rest every 10 minutes. Also made sure i drank plenty of water and made it to lunchtime.Went home,filled up on a couple of juice recipes,i also drunk tomato juice for the first time and found it quite refreshing.

Afternoon,
Took somebody jetskiing while i watched and sipped on a 1.5 litre bottle of mineral water.

Evening
5.30pm
Had to take somebody out for a meal,(i do this a lot, and this is 1 reason i am overweight).He had a giant mixed grill which did look and smell good.I had a slimline tonic water.Told the waitress i was dieting and she offered me a free salad which i quickly declined.She probably thought i was mad.I wanted the meal to be over with quickly but just sat patiently waiting.The guy i was with was affected by me just drinking slimline tonic as he left some of his meal and started talking about how he should not overeat.
6.30pm
Started getting a bit headachey but once home it went.

7pm
Got home and was eager for another juice, melon and pinapple i think.Was quite tired and looking forward to bed,For the past 2-3 years i have got into a really a bad habit of going to bed at 2-3am.Went to bed at 9.30pm which was remarkable for me.


I have tomorrow off yipee!


Weight 16 stone 1lbs.
