A journey into re creating yourself through ayurveda

Ayurveda says that rejuvenation of the cellular structure is possible, as an ayurvedic creator I will take you on a journey to find it.

Ayurveda, means 'the science of life', and it is an exciting process working with the science of all living things.Ayurveda tells us that we have a wonderful opportunty to work with our body types, dosha's, nutrition, the seasons, the calender, the six tastes, the six senses, the ayurvedic mind, the spirit of the universal energy,breath, movement,sound, intent, awareness and self creation and combining them all and working with our own personal inner purpose we can rejuvenate our very own cellular stuctures and turn back the body clock or at very lest make it stand still.
I will be looking at all the elements of rejuvenation and passing on all my research and info through this blog and on my website.
