on 4th day

Well, I started REALLY late on this fast...I just kept putting it off, haveing people over, overeatting..ect... I started with a friend and feeling great this morning... So I am on the 4th day and will keep going till ANOTHER vacation next week...then going to REALLY try to juice more (maybe for lunch and breakfast) Having 3 toddlers and a husband that loves to eat, it is kinda hard to keep up with the no eatting thing! BUT I do feel SOOOO much better while I am, I sleep better, my face clears up, I have so much more energy, and my clothes fit better!
I weighed in at 188 on day 1 (eck!! Thought I was like 182!)
today I am 181, mini goal of 174 before trip and long term goal of 135...
