Day one of fruitarianism and 'blog
Day one of my new attempt to heal with fruitarianism and urine therapy - will it fail abysmally or succeed unbelievably? This is my weblog on modified fruitarianism. I have been bitterly disappointed with my own experiences on 100 percent raw organic high-water-content fresh fruit, and have felt for years that fruit is the devil and should be avoided like the plague, which you will hear many raw-foodists spouting. However, these same people promote an unnatural "recipe" sort of dietary that is high-fat and hinges on ridiculous toxic supplements as well as salt and seasonings that are also toxic. I've had miserable failure on these no-fruit dietaries as well. None of the raw food "gurus" looks or acts particularly inspiring, whether they are of the fruit camp or the fat and supplements camp. We each have to work out our own salvation based on what seems ethical to our hearts and healthy to our minds and bodies. However, my goal for this journal is to provide you with absolutely real and honest information on whether the high-fruit raw dietary with urine therapy and high-green-juice can succeed or on the contrary actually must fail for such problems as severe adrenal fatigue, severe systemic candidiasis and leaky gut syndrome, severe food allergies, asthma, severe fatigue, depression, anxiety, brain fog and drastic deterioration in mental and physical performance, for dandruff and bizarre white hairs, for sleep disorders, bingeing disorders, weight problems, skin disorders and liver spots, failing eyesight and eye infections, poor skin and hair quality, hives, rashes, and respiratory problems, and other miseries that might be making your life a hell. Perhaps you too are wondering what fruitarianism or going 100 percent raw could do for you - perhaps you fear it will do nothing or even make your life even worse. If so, please check in at this journal now and then to see how I am doing - I intend to post something daily.
