Pre Fast Day (minus) 8

So, I've been thinking a lot today about my goals for the next week, 3 weeks, 8 weeks.
****This week - switch to low cals totals and only fruits and veggies: 10 - 12lbs.
*****3 weeks - 2 juice fast weeks: 22 - 27 lbs.
*****8 weeks - Hardcore diet and exercise: 35 - 40 lbs. (Goal - Finish day on Sept 1 < 250 lbs.)
*****Then, finish 2007 < 225 lbs.
I feel like 250 lbs. is an important number. I also believe that the best way to lose big weight is to do it fast and quck. The first 40 lbs. will be a tortureous 8 weeks. Then, when I reach 250, I can start eating normal and training hard. Losing the next 25 lbs gradually over the next 4 months. Six pounds a month is very health and something I think I can do with a low impact on my life, assuming I'm training.
My final thought is my personal strength. I am downright powerful when I need to be. I have been weak for a long time here and that is how I got here. But to the extent that I can be strong is proven, I think, by my first juice fast and my 6 year run as a vegeterian. I can be stronger than most when I decide to. This is the gut check that started before the first fast.
So the focus right now is this pre fast week. Dropping the 10 - 12 and being very used to being hungry are the goals. My mind set for the week will be completely on the juice fast and getting ready. I feel very confident that I can do the whole 14 days if I prepare well. I need to have a good week this week.
