Let's get this started already....

I'm actually so ready for this I want to start now. I'm glad I'm starting Sunday for a lot of reason, but I'm feeling ready at this point. One thing is that Days 2,3,4,5 are work days. I don't really want to have as much free time if these happen to be the worst days.

I'm not concerned about giving in to the hunger, I'm pretty strong when I need to be. I'm more worried about thinking my body is in a health crisis of some kind and wanting to fix it. I've read so much about juice fasts and although some mention the possible complications, I've yet to read of anyone who has gotten sick or worse from a juice fast. Should there be even one record of a juice fast gone bad, I have to believe that the doubters would talk about that case over and over again. Any thoughts on this????

I'm getting blood work done tomorrow morning, because I'd like to know where some of my stats are at the beginning of this and, should I be successful, see where I am at the back end. If I'm successful, I'd like to show the stats.

I've scheduled a Dr.'s appointment for Day 9 (I'm due for a routine check up) to be safe.

Speaking of "IF"..... I am very positive going into this, but I also have a plan B. Should like break my JF sometime during the 30 days, i do plan on staying raw and organic throughout the scheduled 30 days.
I don't like setting up plans for failure, but I think the worst thing would be to lose any momentum as well as risk my health by ordering a pizza.
