Day 1 of Juice-Fast
What did I do on my first day of fasting

I'm half-way through day one and I'm doing great. I cleaned the house this morning, paid bills and joined the local gym!!! Pretty busy, huh. I just got home about 2 hours ago and I've been relaxing.
For breakfast and lunch I had my "standard"; 1/4 Beet, Carrot, Spinich & Apple (about 8oz for breakfast & 16oz for lunch)-- anyone have any delicious reccommendations for dinner juice???
I worked out at the gym on the stair-climber and after I got up a sweat I hit the pool for some laps. I noticed that while swimming my arm muscles nearly gave out me after only 3 laps so I took that as a hint to stop and I hit the sauna (which felt really good!!!) and the steam room (this did too but since I suffered athletic-induced asthma as a youth I was told was not good for me??)
I'm hoping to learn some breathing and meditation techniques that I can work into my daily schedule for the fast (and hopefully continue post-fast). If anyone reading this has a reccommendation on a particular method or book please drop a comment. Unless anything else spectacular comes up tonight I'll probably wait to post again till tommorrow. Still thinking about doing the saltwater flush.....
