Last Day of Pre-Fast
Tommorrow begins the 30 day fast and I feel ready...sort of.

It's the fifth day of my pre-fast and I'm ready to start tommorrow. I woke up this morning with a slight headache but it went away almost instantly by the time I made my way into the shower. Last night I went out and got some natural soap and shampoo (tea-tree oil--I love the stuff) and an exfoliant soap-holder. I've read that it is good to also dry-brush the skin in the morning as well. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to do this?? What type of brush should I use??
I have plans tonight to go to a dinner that my wife's school is throwing for (hopefully) my last raw-dinner for 30 days. We have big plans tommorrow. First, the major fall house clean (actually, apartment clean). Then we are going to join the local athletic club. I've been working out at my apartment complex but the machines are always in use so it's become annoying. I'm not planning on doing any weight lifting during the fast but I am planning on doing aerobic workouts---followed up by a nice sauna!!
Speaking of which....does anybody have any opinions on saunas or steam baths?? I know that they are suppossed to help with leeching toxins out of the skin. Does anyone have any experience in this??? Suggestions??
I'm also considering a Salt Water Flush tommorrow morning. Maybe Sunday as I'll be able to lay around all day so that might work better.
