Day 1 again....

Doh...ate...but did not gain back any weight! Restarted today :0] Need support!

Yea I am restarting I ate candy and worst of all a poptart last night! The only good thing is the weight loss stuck! So I am restarting today!

restarting at 189.5
Goal: 145

Also many people have advised me for my first fast to do 21 days...so I am thinking about changing it but we will see how I feel then.
