Day 2 PC (post cleanse)

Alrighty, so yesterday I started on the OJ and managed to keep on track just fine. Infact I was in such a good mood I got dragged out to a night club with my friends and had an amazing time (and without alcohol!). I was dancing like a crazy person (this could be considered my weekly exercise ;) ) and then ouch. Got leg cramp. So I decided to drink some water mixed with salt. I reckon my salts were already low on the cleanse plus I was sweating like crazy. I figured it was ok to do that, and I didn't mind about bloating. I did note however that by the end around 1.30am I was absolutely knackered and was almost dropping off during the journey home!

So today was good as well, I had another OJ and then made my soup (my goodness it was DIVINE, whoever said put sundried tomatoes and raisins in it was a genius as it sweetens it - even my friends tried it and said it was YUM so it wasn't just me being over-enthusiastic!) and had some for lunch as well as 2 rye crispbreads (this is how they say you should break the cleanse in the book). I was actually full after a small bowl!

My discipline got tested today as I had to go to an event where there was an insane amount of free food, all of it junk: there were donuts, cookies, chocolate brownies, mini muffins, crisps etc etc I tried to justify myself in eating one donut but got too scared. I'm SO glad I didn't give in as by the end of the event I was actually feeling a bit sick from the smell of the sugar.

I got back and had 2 more rye crispbreads and feeling pretty full again. Don't think I'll have more soup tonight (you're really supposed to have the soup in the evening but figured I had more time during the day) but am sipping on an OJ.

It's going well!
