I think tiredness is my major detox symptom today. As I had to be at work by 9, I woke up at 5am to get my SWF over and done with. Job done. Then I really felt I needed a nap otherwise I wouldn't last the day. Napping meant that I had to practically jog to work and only managed to have about a glass of lemonade before I went. At work, everything seemed to be going to slow motion, I couldn't seem to walk faster than turtle's pace. Work dragged on longer than expected so I was pretty tired and hungry by the end of it. Walking back from work I felt my first 'low' - started thinking about it ONLY being Day 3. I REALLY need to buy myself a water bottle so that I can start carrying some lemonade around with me (as when I get home and have some, everything tends to get better).
I have started playing a 'game', more like an obsession, where I oogle people's food whilst they eat it whilst walking in the street. I don't have a huge desire to eat it, just cravings. It is strange walking to and from work seeing all the places I used to buy sandwiches, coffees, take out etc from. Instead I went to the supermarket and health store to stock up on healthy food for when I finish. I bought some brown rice, garlic (mmmm), raisins and sundried tomatoes (these are supposedly very yummy for the vegetable soup I am breaking my fast on!), and some probiotics for when I finish. I kept oogling all the food in the supermarket haha I'm going to look forward to start putting together a menu for after :D
I'm about to scoot off to another supermarket to get my supplies tomorrow... hopefully I wont spend ages in there looking at ALL the food (I know I will!)
