Chlorella Fasting and LIver flushing
Using chlorella combined with liver flushing will create a very effective way to detoxify the whole body and not just the liver. It might even be the ultimate detoxification approach to total body health.

I have done a few liver flushes and have expelled hundreds of stones of mostly green and tan colors. I want to reach the 2,000 level recommended by Dr. Clark much faster without undue stress or force on my body. I thought and thought until an inspiration hit me. This involves the use of chlorella.
The recommendation is to wait two weeks in between flushes so why not devote this two weeks to drinking just chlorella (powder is preferred as it can mixed into liquid). One can use either mineral water or vegetable/fruit juices as you like.
This is not strictly a "fast" in conventional practice but in a way, it is also a fast because one is drinking chlorella mainly. Chlorella is a whole food and a very good one at that. Aside from contributing valuable nutrients, it is a foremost detoxifier. This is the key to this fast, the detoxification aspect.
So taking chlorella for two weeks and then doing the liver fast is a very good combination. There is no overdose to chlorella and it even makes your bowel movements very regular as it is very high in fiber. during the fast, you will have several bowel movements, knowing that with each bowel movement, plenty of toxins from all over the body is being expelled. Chlorella is also a great liver detoxifier so I am pretty sure a lot of the stagnant bile will be removed too.
I suggest one takes a close look at this because I have done it and I like the results. Whether it will make my goal of reaching the expulsion of 2,000 stones a bit faster is I think secondary because I know I am using two approaches that have been proven very effective by themselves and combining them is a synergistic approach.
