Fourth Day...Cravings Suck
I HATE cravings...

Well, I've chosen to supplement my fast with some protein liquids and powders (neither of which count as "food") I don't care if it's not "fasting" if i supplement with protein because at this point, I just want to lose 20 pounds and get my hair to stop falling out.
I used to be a hard-core Binger (2 whole months of BlackJack's cinnabread *damn it's goodness*, pop-tarts and spam) and since the second night, the cravings have been hitting HARD! I'm expecting the cravings to leave by next week. A little nausea here and there, but otherwise, everything's pretty tolerable. I can't wait to get back to eating healthy and feeling great about myself. (If I could stop this fast now to eat healthy and help my hair I would, but I know if I stop now, my detox symptoms arent even over and my cravings are strong so i'd binge and become incredible sick, so no thank you.
There isnt supposed to be any pulp in your juices, right? Huh...gues my juicer's a bit defective because i have to strain all my juices.
