Prefast - Day 3
A glorious day filled with really good food.

I've decided to wait until Next friday to start the Juice fast. I want to give my body some time to adapt to the changes of erradication of things like Caffeine, Chocolate, Red meat, and other bad foods.
Feeling really good today, I went cycling in the afternoon and that seemed to help my energy levels a lot. Can you say Testostorine? Endorphines? ;)
Picked up a water filter from my local store, so now I am filtering my water as well. I buy mineral / spring water but not all the time because it's quite expensive. I also believe water should be free.
For morning I had an Apple and an Orange.
I skipped my concoction today, dunno why I just didn't feel like drinking it.
For lunch I had Oven cooked salmon in Garlic and Olive oil with some Brown rice, and a mixture of vegetables which were stir fryed in Olive oil. Peppers, Greens, Courgettes, Garlic, Carrots, sweet corn etc...
Bought some Organic dates and have been eating a lot of them, along with a fruit and nut mix which I bought. I think the mix had some Sulphites in them though! Also had some dried cranberries which are really nice.
Herbal teas: Peppermint Tea twice today.
Water: 2litres atleast.
For evening I had some Bran Flakes with Soy milk.
Oh I almost forgot, I bought a Water melon today, and I've eaten almost half of it! It's absolutely yummy and will help with my kidneys.
