Prefast - Day 2

Confessions, and Nuts

A very sleepy night last night. I slept for about 10 hours, it's quite amazing how much I sleep after a weeks work. I wanted to get up early though, oh well nevermind.

Me and my dad serviced my car this morning. That was fun and I learnt some basic things about maintaining cars and keeping them in shape ;)

I had my usual morning Concoction of Water and Lemon / Cayenne, yummy.
Then had a bannana and Apple for breakfast.

Went shopping at mid afternoon and bought some Courgettes, Avacados, Lettuce, Brasil Nuts, Oregana, Coriander, Stir Fry mix, some Salmon fillets and a mixture of shell fish (prawns, mussels, and squid).

For dinner I cooked a stir fry in olive oil, with salmon and some shell fish. I regret eating those mussels now though, they had a funny turn on me (allergies yikes.)

Watched some football in the afternoon, the Germans won and they are through to the Quarters. Well done Germany.

Ate lots of nuts today, I kept craving Sugar... and I felt really odd when this occured. I had to eat something to cure the cravings so I went for the nuts with dried fruit. This seemed to work but only temporarily.

Towards the evening I was drinking some herbal teas, Camomile (which is very calming on me). Peppermint tea I also drink which is really nice.

Started to get really hungry and more chocolate/sugar cravings at about 7pm, so I made a bowl of cereal (branflakes with Soy milk).

Overall my day has been ok, atleast I'm not feeling tired anymore because I have taken out all Sugars and high fatty foods out of my diet.

I did cheat a few times today though, here is my confession. I have toffee in my kitchen and I couldn't resist it... I put some in my mouth and began chewing, but then spat it out after a few chews. It was nice to fullfill my cravings but really not a good thing to do! I think I'll get my parents to hide that from me now.

For tomorrow I hope to drink a lot more water, and do much more juicing. I haven't had one Juice drink today yet. Also I'd like to wake up early and have a longer day.
I plan on getting up at 8.

I plan on starting my Juice fast this monday hopefully. Only problem I have really is that I work throughout the whole week, I'll need to make Juice the night before work and take it to work inside a large container.
