Day 10

Okay...so I'm in my 10th day. I started this thing weighing 257.5 I think..this morning I was 247.5 so 10lbs so far. Not what I hoped for...I kinda hoped for more. This is NOT EASY not matter what anyone says....but it's kinda cool on the spiritual side, telling your FLESH, (body), NO! What's funny is I'm not craving hamburgers or fries, (which would be good), but I'm craving veggies and salad. Trip. Anyway....I'm still on this. I've found fresh juicing very difficult...plus, I wasn't straining the juice and there was alot of fiber from the skins still in my drinks which was keeping my hungry I think. I started straining two days ago and I now get less hunger pains. My friends and family are celebrating Fathers day with FOOD...so I'm laying low today...staying away from bar-b-ques, etc.

So...onward I go with the help and strength of GOD. Please keep praying for me that I make it the 30 days. I want to....I need to....but that scale has GOT TO COOPERATE. Hahaha.
