I don't think I'll post three times a day, every day, but today I'm off from work, so I have a little more time on my hands.
Tonight my husband was a sweetheart and went by the market on the way home and got me some pineapples. So I could have my lovely pineapple ginger juice. I love it so very, very much. It just tastes amazing, not quite as sweet as most fruit juices and the ginger gives it the perfect kick.
I also completed my goal of over 100 oz of water for today, which made me feel really good. I am eliminating so much urine, that it is amazing. I noticed yesterday, and neglected to mention, that my urine went from very clear to sort of milky. It was pretty strange. And it almost looked like there were some kind of particles floating in it. I have heard that kidney stones can liquefy and break apart on a juice fast and be passed, so I wonder if it could be that. Any which way, I'm trying to keep close tabs on it and see what happens.
The fast is going so well. I still am having very little in the way of detox, I think. I have a sort of coated tongue, but that is the main symptom. I feel very happy today, very relaxed. I feel very clear headed. I also feel really calm, almost tranquil. I thought that this would be harder. I think eating raw as I had for three and a hlaf weeks beforehad made it much easier to transition into just juices.
I feel a lot of energy, though I am inclined to take it easy right now and give myself as much rest as is possible with my busy schedule. The hardest part of the whole thing is not knowing how much weight I am losing. I am sure I am losing something. But just what, I don't know. I think it is truely for the best. But I'd love to hop on the scale and see what it reads. That really makes me realize that I have a problem. I hope that by the time I'm ready to break this fast I won't feel the need to weigh myself every day anymore. I really, really hope so.
