HUNGRY = big hungry = what i felt b4 opening up my eyes this mornin
Well, thx for this site to let me get nice 2 buddies to fast altogether with me :)And also my friend who support me badly (Now i 100% believe that the less ppl/friends know u r fasting, the better -d ppl u think might support u might NOT)
Oh everything looks beautiful and tasty... what the point to say this stuff!
As I did fasting b4, so i know the resons and what will make me out of track, thats y i need buddies.
-get fasting buddy
so when u r weak or wanna quit fasting, u will think hard (how could u tell them that "sorry, I cant help eating that bla bla bla"
-get fasting journal
u can sign up to http://www.livejournal.com or/and get ur own notebook. I think its great as it'll b the willpower keeping u on track till d end of ur fast and also will remind u after fasting done that u r supposed to eat RIGHT bcos ur body dun want any toxins in it anymore and all the hard works u did will be just 'nothin' then.
I turn off TV (but sometime mom turns it on, think positive, u must face the 'real' world, so face it)
Music is powerful. Have u every smile, cry while listenin to a song? Pick the songs that will bring u up. they might b soft pop for relaxing, dance for activate u to move ur buns off and burn calorie than sitting depressed ;) anyway, Im kinda cant live without music... Music bright up my days!
Hot, warm or cold depends on ur mood((secret: as shower). hungry=hot fresh=cold
PS: At 2pm, I had some cantaloup and veggies *guilt*
