I woke up this morning and I remember dreaming about glaze donuts! That's funny because rarely do I remember any dreams.
I'm down 10 pounds! Actually it's 9.8 pounds, but I thought it was close enough to say 10! I skin brushed and did a weight workout this morning. While I was skin brushing I noticed my lower legs, almost all the swelling/edema was gone!! My ankles looked so small! LOL!
I finally had a bm this morning. It was thick like mud. But I only went once all day. I took some psyllium this morning, I wonder why I haven't went yet. Maybe I'll have to do some epsom salts tomorrow in the afternoon. Or take the psyllium more than once a day. What do you think Dazzle? I'd like to see some mucoid plaque leave, but looks like I'm going to have to kick things up a bit.
I took 4 drops of H2O2 3x today. I took some Omega 3 gel tabs today. I think I'm gonna have to make a list of things I have to take every day. It definitely can get confusing.
Went to my parents for a couple of hours today. My mom didn't even notice that I wasn't eating. Usually she does. She does not agree with juicing at all. She's one of these that wants to take a pill to be healthy and believes everything her doctor says. She has leukimia and the doc says that there's nothing that they can do for her. I've tried talking to her about doing liver cleanses, she says she would if you only had to do it once. WHATEVER! I've talked to her about colonics because she only does a bm every 3 days, but oh, that sounds so unnatural. SHEESH! I've about given up on her. All I can do is be a good example and maybe some day she'll come around.....but I'm not holding my breath.
Then I came home and made a chicken pot pie, yum. It smelt so good. Looked good. I also made a fruit salad. I had a papaya and red grape drink. It was delicious!! So, made dinner, cleaned up the kitchen, finally get to relax at 9pm and tiredness and being cold is setting in. Getting my senna tea ready to drink.
