Feeling a little better

I went to work this morning and also got adjusted by my chiropractor. Yup, I do have a viral infection. She checks it by muscle testing. A natural antibiotic for a viral infection is lysine, so I took some when I got home, 3,000mgs! You can't OD on it and it won't hurt you. For sinus infections I usually take 9,000mgs a day for about 3-4 days.
Day 1 I had all water and lots of hot water with some natural honey. Day 2 I had the same but also a little OJ. Today I had water, oj, and hot water with the honey. I love that on cold days. I haven't gotten much fruit and veggies yet, mostly oranges. I'm not picky. I do have carrots and a sweet potato. You have to try a juiced sweet potato--it's good!
I had made some rice pudding for the kids and wanted a taste, but didn't. I really wasn't too tempted; I think only because my head hurts. It's 6pm and am feeling a little better. I'm hoping that tomorrow I'll be feeling a whole lot better and some energy!
I am down 5 pounds, but I know that probably the first 10 pounds is water; not fat. Especially since I have swelling/edema in my lower legs.
I started weight lifting 2 weeks ago (2 days a week using the Power-of-10 program.) and walking 1 week ago. But the last few days it had turned cold again and the wind chill is ten below what the temp is; and the temp is 36* right now. Yea, the north is horrible sometimes. The winters are too long and too cold.
