Day 1

Wasn't so bad.

Day 1 went fine. I started getting a headache by mid afternoon. This always happens to me when I'm cleansing/detoxing. I've always had all this excess mucus in my throat since I was a teenager.

I had to work all day so that made it easier. I'm excited about all the things that will be taking place in my body.
