Another post by the crazy fasting M.O.G.
Did some work around the house, got everything cleared out to mow, and finished my lawn in three hours this time. It was just a little overcast so it was perfect mowing weather.
Picked a huge bowl of morels today. The more I seem to pick from that patch, the more it seems to produce. My wife and kids just love them. Now if I could just get them to eat them raw. So I made an organic smoothie first with raw cows milk, raw cream, two raw eggs from my organic only fed hens, one frozen organic banana, three ice cubes, one organic pear and a couple spoonfuls of rapadura for sweetness. Oh yeah, three organic strawberries too. Then ya blend until it is all mixed together well and serve in tall glasses. They just love that drink, my daughters always ask what day is dad making smoothies on,lol.
While they drink that, I mixed up eight eggs with a little raw cream and chopped eight morels up and scrambled that. At the same time I sauteed the rest of the morels in raw butter with pressed garlic and celtic sea salt.
All I can say is there wasn't any leftovers, lol.
They are all going to be shocked when I come off the fast and it is back to raw, organic, living foods. No more cooked dead foods made by me. They will have to cook their own stuff from that point on. I have such a hard time cooking for them when I don't believe in it. That will change soon, and then I can live 100% how I believe.
Juiced and drank my organic navel oranges. Took my bf&c and olive leaf capsules. Drank my morning dewormer. Drank my spice 4 life drink. Took my three drops of oregano oil in water. Made up my no crash ball and sucked it away. After I made dinner and cleaned up the mess I got out all my organic goodies and made another green drink. Man, does that taste good and give you a nice pickup. No offense to the orange, but after drinking nothing but orange juice for this whole year except two weeks, anything else to tempt the palate is a blessing.
Besides the mowing all I did for exercise was stretching before I mowed and after and a bunch of pushups. Just the mowing is enough of a workout, lol.
Onward and upward, see ya all tomorrow,
