It's back on!!!!

Fell off the wagon a lil' bit

I know I have been MIA for almost two weeks. I had two bookings and I have not been at a computer for a long time! I think my weightloss contributed to my bookings! Anyway, spent a couple of days on set and they have food all the freakin' time! I stayed pretty much raw except for some steamed broccoli and dry roasted macadamias. I tried to start the Master Cleanse again yesterday, but I made it until I got home and I downed two trays of my essene bread! Yes, yes I binged! And then I broke into the stash of girlscout cookies I ordered from a friend and I was saving it for my son! Ok, perhaps I am in a bout of PMS.

Anyway, I have missed this place and I am back on with the Master Cleanse. I am still taking my herbs for the parasite cleanse. I am planning on doing a liver flush in a week and I have scheduled my colonic the day of. So I really cannot screw that up b/c it takes forever to get an appointment with my favorite colon therapist. So I need to Master Cleanse for a few days, P&B shakes for a couple of days, do the liver flush and be happy. The last two weeks have been just crazy causing me to loose center...so I am back trying to find it...see what happens when I loose contact with this site!

Just picking up and starting over...
