Day 3

Day 3 feeling good

Today is day 3, I feeling really good, I went to the store and bought enough items to cooks stews, chili, spegetti sauces and bake chicken to put in my deep freezer. I figure those days I don't have to be concerned about cooking. Other days, they can make turkey burger, turkey sandwiches etc. I really encouraged about this fast, I've even been considering maybe doing the last 15 days with water, I'm not sure. The time I've been spending in worship (meditation) is always wonderful, but during a fast it seems to be more peaceful. I'm looking forward to going back to the doctor for my physical, to get my GOOD report. I'll proably write back later tonight, it's only about 3:30 in florida, and I'm feeling good. OH, I did have a few moments earlier were I was a bit tired.
