Day One:

Outlining the tools I'll use for this fast.

My fiance has left on a plane for a snowboarding trip. I've found its hard to fast with him around, becaues he pressures me in unconscious ways. I think the way my body has spiraled out of control and stimulated his interest in p 0 r n pictures, and maybe if I atleast achieve my body goals, I wont be so self concious of his interest in it. I honestly can look at the pictures and think I have better breasts, or better hair, but my overall body isn't on the same par.

Secondly, my bulimia is for the most part under control until we get into fights, and then boom, there I am pigging out on pretzels that aren't mine at work, then we make up after an hour, and I feel so guilty that I go to purge. Happens maybe once a month, but thats 12x too many in a year. I want to gain my confidence back, and maybe flush out my insecurities that start these fights.

Anyways. Of the things I'll try to do daily for the next seven days is a detox bath in the evening, formula pending. Dandelion root tea, Julia Chang's Chinese Bitters and Coptis, grapefruit/cranberry/aloe vera drink in evenings, rebounding on a resistance ball if I can, callanetics and daily gentle yoga. I netflixed some well reviewed yoga dvds for this purpose, and they should arrive Monday. I can do it on my own til they arrive, I'm just looking for variation. I might try a potassium drink, I have the potatoes. I also have activated charcoal and psyllium husks for the latter half of my 7 day fast.

I have an interview next Friday and I'll propably break it with some apples and a salad for that day to ensure I'm not jittery and come across as wierd.

I'm hoping cinnamon will be helpful as well, to regulate my blood sugar. I'm not diabetic, or atleast I have no blood sugar disorders, but I can definately tell it's not working correctly. My fiance can drink an energy drink and he's unable to sleep for 10 hours.. I drink one, and I can crash in an hour off the sugar that was in it. Is it candida? Who knows.

No black coffee, because I'm still out on my opinion in that one. Caffiene itself has been proven not be diuretic, but coffee is a different story. I wonder whether green coffee drinks would be better, just as raw chocolate nibs are less stimulative than roasted.

I'm not going to be dangerous about this, as I'm well versed in how dangerous it is, and I dont particularly feel like losing any cup sizes(lol). Aloe Vera Juice supposedly has all amino acids, and since no one has recorded an aloe vera juice fast, I suppose I'm the first. The Primal Diet promoter(I have Aajonus' books) says fasts aren't helpful, but after researching through alot of primal diet support groups, I've noticed that egg yolk by itself is better than whole raw eggs, certain supplements ARENT that toxic, and there is a difference between free range, organic meat and ordinary meat. Maybe it's because he wrote these books 15 years ago,.. the milk industry has degraded from subpar to toxic in that time frame, beef farmers were exposed to feeding their cows ground up leftover organs from previous slaughters, and who knows what else. It's like my mother says.. no one person has the awnser to everything, but learning what part of other people's programs works for you, and pulling a little from everything, is the only way to go in the long run.

I'll use apple cider vinegar the first day to help with my hunger pangs(I hope).

Anyways. Wish me Luck.

I'll be using urine therapy on my face, and to wash my teeth/tongue.
