1.5 months?? really??

Hmmm... that's an interesting number - it says to me... 1.5 months!
Yesterday I had good food - yogurt, beans and nuts during the day, not lots. Last night I had one of the most amazing salads, but it cost a ton in organic veggies. Way too much.
It's all good when I buy for one, but when the fiance wants to eat too, I went through what I thought was three days of dinner produce in one meal. Oh well. It was good.
two heaping helpings of salad and a banana, and half a whole wheat hamburger bun.
Today: one low fat yogurt, one banana
Lunch: small greek salad, no dressing, 3 handfuls of nuts (that third handful did me in)
Dinner: who knows. I've got a tomato and an avocado left over from last night, and a banana or two. We'll see what I turn that into. I imagine there will be some turkey in the mix - we've got ground turkey thawing. Yum.
Yesterday I got back into exercise, for real! I did 10 minutes on the bike, 25 minutes on the elliptical trainer, then got back on the bike for 13 minutes (50 minutes total) and also did the weight circuit for a full 30 minutes.
Not high intensity, just continuous work. I felt much better than I have for a while. Today I've got to run. I know it's the thing I hate the most. I haven't run for 9 days now. I have worked out, but I know running is the thing that works best. It's also the most hated thing I could possibly engage in. And it's raining. But I want to do it, I will do it, no more procrastinating. Ideally I would run today and tomorrow, as I'm going away for the weekend.
We'll see how it goes.
