Thanks for the support, everyone.
So after crying for three hours on Friday night, and being a total wreck, I've made some changes.
I'm back on the low fat yogurt breakfast,
1/2 good sized salad for lunch,
low fat yogurt snack at 3:30 PM,
1/2 leftover salad for dinner, and as little else as I can eat for dinner. (probably hummus and veggies or something to supplement, after working out I'm pretty hungry)
I'm trying to cut out all alcohol until the wedding. What's worse - a chunky bride who's sane, or a thin bride who hasn't had a drink in months? You decide.
Just kidding, I'll be totally fine without drinking, in fact, I'm sure I'll feel much better.
At the gym - they basically kicked me off weights and I'm now doing an hour of cardio a night - 20 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes on the treadmill (walking - I can't run on that thing, it hurts my ankles).
So we'll see how it goes. I did my second tanning session last night. I feel good, tonight I'm getting measured, I know I've been doing well, and I guess I have 3 months left (more like 2.8 months left) to really slim down, hopefully.
