Fast - last day, contains food
Not going 10 days... but still happy

After yesterday's really tough day at work, I did lots of lunges and walked 130 calories off on the treadmill. My legs are burning! I went 20 minutes in the sauna.
Got home and had some tomato, celery, arugula and cilantro juice. It was good. But then I was cutting up my watermelon for today, and I had a few bites. It was super delicious. And I realized that I could fast a few days at a time for the rest of the time to my wedding, but that to continue my fast through the weekend will create undue burden on the life at home with the fiance, which is to be celebrated, not strained.
Long story short, I had a little yogurt and some pecans. Yummy. I also had a bite of carrot. I was very restrained. This AM I juiced my watermelon, rind and all, and had a glass. I have the rest of it with me today to drink. I know I knocked myself out of ketosis last night, but I'm still going to juice today, go to the gym and weigh in, and do a sauna.
I admire people who can do it all - long fasts with tons of exercise, but I just can't keep up with everything, planning the wedding, all of it. Things are going well, and knowing that at any point I can kick into fasting mode and go a few days is great.
Tonight I'm looking forward to the official fast breaking, with a cobb salad. I've been craving bacon and avacado, and that I shall have. Thanks for all the support everyone, there's a long journey ahead of me till July. I'll try to update with all my stats sometime soon.
HOpefully I did some really good fat burning this week, and I'm weighing in this evening which is out of my monthly weigh ins, but if there's good news, I will be motivated to stay with exactly what I'm doing.
