The exercise and diet begins...

This is a continuation of my juice fast blog, just wanted to start a new blog as I'm not fasting anymore. Wow, that was tough.
I'm really excited that I jumpstarted the new year with a juice fast. It really cleared me up and out. But I didn't really have the energy to work out, which is a key to my weightloss.
What might be different from this and other weight loss blogs is that I don't have a scale, and I'm not going to be a pound for pound super counter. I think I lost some weight not eating for a week, and I sure do feel great.
The big difference is that my cravings are totally different than they used to be. I am craving brown rice, lentils, and salads. Hopefully it will stay that way! I'm also planning to drink lots of water.
Today I've had water and an orange so far. I'm planning on soup for lunch and grain for dinner.
