Middle of day one and no HORRID side effects yet. :) We are getting prepared for the worst though :)

Well, it is 09/19/05 my starting day at 1:40pm Central Time.
I think at the end of every day I will log what I have eaten, what my symptoms are, and how I am dealing with them.
My list of food that I can eat is: trout, mackeral, cod, parsnips, turnips, carrots, peaches, pears, rutabegas, zucchini, celery, and sea salt is my only condiment (which doesn't taste half bad!)
So, I got up this morning at 10am (I am a student who takes online courses, so I can do this *grin*)and started:
I have my glass of spring water sitting beside me and I have eaten a big huge peach for breakfast.
I have pre-cooked all of my cod for this week, because by tonight (according to Cure Zone) I will be in no shape for the next 3 days to do more than heat up the food and pour water.
For snacks I will eat carrots, celery, and peaches (the former two sprinkled with sea salt raw) to satiate any hunger pains.
I have my husband bringing home the Alka-Seltzer Gold to help with any withdrawal symptoms.
Symptoms thus far (as of 1:45pm on Day One): Stomach growling (which was soothed by the peach) and a slight headache that is oncoming (an aura if you will). Not bad, but I am prepared for it to be pretty bad. :) I am glad I have supportive family (in-laws) who are going to go through this with me and endure to the end. :)
