Rugby? You betcha...

"Soccer is a gentlemen's sport played by hooligans. Rugby is a hooligan's sport played by gentlemen." I'm not sure of the validity of this quote, but it catches the eye and is often prone to some heated discussions between passionate soccer and rugby fans/players/coaches/etc. In future episodes, I will take you on a pleasant, and sometimes painful, journey into the trials and tribulations of my successes and pitfalls on the rugby pitch...But for now, I'll leave you with a little elbowing and a quote from one of my bumperstickers...

"Tis a far better thing to lose at rugby than to ever win at soccer"

Men come and go, but Earth abides.
