Last day of eating

Today is my last day of eating before I start my 40 day water fast tomorrow(7th July - 15th August 2005}. I'm kind of nervous yet anxious at the same time because I have always known that in my life time I would do such a fast for this length of time. My inspiration is my Lord and Saviour Jesus who completed a 40 day fast in the desert and did not fall for any of satan's temptations. This is what I also want to accomplish. It was after this fast that He started His ministry. I know that it is only by God's grace that I can complete this fast and that He deserves all the glory. I will try to record everything in this journal that happens during the next 40 days including my battles and my victories.
