Floating
letting go and feeling feelings,

A friend gave me a little talk this morning
about floating down the river and letting go
of the edges.
I am in a vulnerable space
watching the panorama of crisis
abounding.
Went to the Tuesday CODA study
and we had a very very deep small group.
I spoke from the heart about what I was feeling
and it seemed to deeply resonate with others.
One woman shed some tears as she shared
after me.
I am suppose to go up to LA to step into the
Marketing Mega Seminar with Mark Victor Hansen,
but I am not sure if that is my highest priority right now.
It feels like a push, but it is the end of the day.
I am floating, and realizing I have been keeping
afloat by receiving energy from others.
It is a scary scene, facing lonliness, and various
heart tugs.
Felt good about making a little progress with
some record keeping structures that lifted my
self esteem. Got my 04's IRS reports from the
accountant and mailed those off today.
That felt good.
Looking at how big the messes.
The latest crisis was letting a woman move in
who feels very high maintenance but we have been
talking about boundaries. She will bring the garden
back to life. I feel o.k. about it now.
Kidneys have been in shock over that one.
