Our feet are those part of the body which usually gets ignored in winters and we tend to overlook them because they are always under socks and shoes. But we forget that in few months spring will arrive and then we will not able to wear our favourite footwear because of our shabby feet. So we are suggesting you simple ways so that you can take care of your feet in a proper way and make them look beautiful.
1. Remove those dead cells
Our feet are very delicate part of the body. We need to take special care of them because if we ignore the dead cells, it will accumulate on our feet making them look dirty and rough. Start off by removing those dead cells from your feet. Many types of equipment and brush are available in the market for that purpose. But if you don't have one you can also use the pumice stone for removing the accumulated dead cells on your feet.
2.Treatment with hot water
You don't have to spend money on treating your feet because it can be easily done at home. Take some lukewarm water in your bath tub, add some essential oils like lavender, chamomile and jojoba. You can also add few drops of a moisturiser and rose water. Now put your feet inside the tub and keep it there for some time. After some time you will find your feet softer and cleaner.
4.Toenails
Toenails are very important part of your feet. So regularly trim them and keep them clean. A nail paint on your toes will do wonders. So, you can try different colours of your choice for better-looking feet.
5.Use moisturizer
We ignore our feet after bathing, and this is a major reason of having shabby feet. So after the daily shower, use the towel to dry your feet and apply moisturiser on dry areas of feet.
Choose your moisturiser wisely as oil based moisturisers are best in winters. It is very important to retain moisture as it is the only key for happy feet. This will soften your feet and keep them in good condition.
6.Using scrub weekly
In winters, we keep our feet under socks and because of this our skin isn't able to breathe properly. So in order to avoid this, we need to use some scrubbers weekly for proper blood circulation in our feet. Exfoliation is very necessary for our skin because it removes the dead cells and then our skin can breathe properly.
7.Avoid dirty socks
Avoid using the socks which have been used before because it contains the sweat and your skin will not able to breathe under those covers. It will also lead to foul smell arising from your feet due to sweat accumulation. So, change your socks daily and wash your feet after removing shoes.
8.Goodness of honey
Honey is very useful for skin, and it can also help your cracked feet to look beautiful. You need to mix some drops of aloe vera gel with honey and apply it on your feet for few minutes. Then wash it with warm water. Your feet will become softer and will look beautiful.

9.Power of vaseline
Vaseline is a product which can be found in every home in winters. We can also use it for our cracked feet.Apply a coat of vaseline on your feet and cracked areas. Now, wear socks to cover your feet. After few hours, you will observe that your feet have become softer than before.
10.Be hydrated
Last but not the least hydration is a major factor for most of the skin problems that occur in winters. We drink less water due to cold weather, and this causes scarcity of water in our body that leads to the roughness of our skin. So, we should drink an adequate amount of water in winters and also eat type of food and fruits that keep us hydrated. You can also take luke warm water with lemon in the morning.
