Sorry i've been posting them as comments on my other entry as i didn't know how to post a new entry XD so here's my progress so far.
Day 7. 231lbs, Waist 107cm Chest 127cmm
Feeling really tired all the time and the acid reflux is getting worse. I've been walking over 10,000 steps everyday. Wondering if I should stop?
Day 8. 229.8lbs, Waist 107cm Chest 126cm
Slept until 3pm today. Then at about 10am I fell asleep. I'm still so tired, might look for some powerade zero tomorrow. I've noticed my heart is really odd. It's faster then normal. I'm getting between 82-98beats per min resting, which really isn't good. Plus i feel it. So i think it might be wise to see my GP at the end of the week.
Day 9. 229.8lbs, Waist 106cm Chest 126cm
So the weight has stalled now, which from what i've read happens all the time during fasts. I'm still tired. I'm way to tired to drive or use my bike so I'm going to weight until the weekend and then go shopping. It's not like I'm gonna "starve" if i put of shopping for a few days XD but in all seriousness I really want to get some powerade zero. I few people have recomended it to me, so hopefully that will get me going. On the brightside, no alcohol yet! This is the longest time i've gone without it in maybe 4 years.
Day 10. 231.6lbs, Waist 106cm Chest 126cm
Weights going up. Not really sure why. Perhaps it's holding onto water. My legs are in so much pain. It's a little annoying how much they hurt when i wake up. Hunger is gone though.
Day 11. 233.8lbs, Waist 106cm Chest 126cm
Still trying to do 10,000steps per day. Sometimes my energy levels are really high and sometimes I'm really tired. I'm not feeling to hungry but I am bloated. I was on the arm "Implanon" for 8 months and wasn't getting my period which the GP said is normal, but i was worried something was wrong with my body. My family has a history of PCOS and I was hoping that's not what's happening. Anyway I started my cycle after all this time. I'm hoping it's the fast having cleaned my system of all the toxic garbage that i've been consuming. Hopefully it's helping my body get back to being healthy after all the years of food and alcohol abuse.
Day 12. 231.8lbs, Waist 106cm Chest 125.5cm
Had my bloods done today. Going to have to wait until monday to get the results back, but i feel much better knowing that someones keeping an eye on my health. I'm still finding it really hard to sleep but other than that, i think i'm doing okay. My weight hasn't really budged much, not sure if that's something i should be worried about or if it's normal to gain and yoyo for this amount of time.
