Thanks to Kamut International & Baker Creek for Seed Packet
Thanks to KAMUT International & Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company, for helping produce "The Winning Back Sacred Seeds Starter Kit" with Plant Your Dream Seeds. The Kit is a seed packet containing Ancient Wheat. This #PlantYourDreamBlog shares how I use the seeds in this packet to help you Plant Your Dream. It reviews some of the ceremonies and conferences where the seed packet was used in 2016. 4000 packets were given away in 2015-2016. The seed packet has helped spread the word about the National Heirloom Expo, an important event that gathers gardeners and farmers from around the USA, and educates about our original seeds, called heirloom seeds. The next National Heirloom Expo is September 5-7, 2017. The seed packets will also be used throughout the year of 2017, both in one-on-one rituals and in group ceremonies.

Bri Schillings, singer & songwriter, waters Ancient Wheat seeds with San Diego rainwater. The grass growing in this pot represent our dreams growing.
I generally travel with a pot where the seeds are planted. This photo was taken December 4, 2016 at Terra Madre Gardens at the San Diego Permaculture Action Day at an event in support of #NoDAPL. #NoDAPL is a movement of resistance against the North Dakota Pipe Line Construction on Native American land called #StandingRock.
#GardeningforStandingRock, through the planting of Heirloom Seeds at Tierra Madre Gardens, and the #PlantYourDream Ritual was my focus.
EARLY DAYS THAT GAVE BIRTH TO
"PLANT YOUR DREAM"
Dr Robert Muller visits the Enchanted Garden Installation at the Mandala Conference 1982. He just came in on an airplane. He was tired. I invited him to rest on a cushioned slantboard. He feel asleep. He was surrounded with aromatic plants and in the distance a woman playing a harp. He awoke. "Where am I?" he asked. "You are in the Enchanted Garden," I said. "From a deep place in his lungs, Robert Muller said to me, "Let Us make our entire, miraculous planet into an Enchanted Garden!"
In 1982, I was at an international gathering in San Diego California destined to advance healthcare in the direction of a more wisdom-based model that would include body, mind, and spirit. I was standing among an array of plants and natural elements in an exhibit that we created-- my first Enchanted Garden installation at a conference.
The Assistant Undersecretary General of the United Nations, Robert Muller, came to that event to present its organizer with a UN Peace Medal. When it was time to leave the conference, Muller came into the Enchanted Garden environment that a team of us had co-created on the cement floor covered by a thin hotel rug. It was a large room that we had transformed, around 100 by 200 feet. He was followed by the Press. He had no time to give them a story. He had to catch a plane. He passed my way. He told them that if they wanted a story to interview me.
Then, without speaking, he reached over and pressed something in my hand. Moments later I was all alone. I opened my hand and found a United Nation's Peace Medal, identical to the one he had given on stage. I didn't know what to make of this gift.
He returned to the conference a year later. I had a chance to ask him about that medal he gave me. I asked if he gave a lot of those medals out. He said, "No, I give them out rarely." I asked him why he gave me that medal. He was known in his day as a visionary and prophet. He told me, "I gave it to you, not so much for what you have done in your life, but for what you will do with your life,"
The work I do today these 34 years later, is the fulfillment of that work. Through a brief ritual, I alert each person that there is great inspiration and benefit to Plant Your Dream. Doing so has the potential to return our cemented world into an Enchanted Garden once again.
It's a profound experience when we are seen. Oftentimes when I see you, I ask about the dream over your head that's asking to be planted. It is a tremendous honor to engage at this level, about the dreams we each have. I am seeking to empower each person to connect their consciousness and healing potential with ancient seeds. It is good to be reminded that through the Plant Your Dream ritual, we can witness the growth not only of blades of grass, but of a possible future. I say, "Plant a seed. Grow a whole new world."
I live within a garden of consciousness that has been planted by pioneers who want the best for humanity. I carry forward the unbroken flow of that stream through my work. I am not alone in carrying forward my message. I've been blessed to know many pioneers who live in this garden. I am blessed to encourage you and to recognize that it is you who are making a beautiful world.
This is a photo of the UN Peace Medal I was given. The UN Peace Medal has a chaff of wheat around it. Also in the photo is wheat I have grown, kernels of ancient wheat. I received the medal in 1983 or so. I never knew I would be growing wheat at the time. How prophetic.
ACKNOWLEDGING PIONEERS BOB QUINN AND JERE GETTLE
I have been uplifted throughout my life by pioneers. I want to take time now to thank two of them, who gifted me with the honor of gifting you with a packet of Ceremonial Ancient Wheat. The wheat is a metaphoric and literal "Gardening Tool" for Self Growth intended to teach you how to fulfill your purpose. My wish is that in growing these seeds, you will be inspired to grow other seeds - and learn to grow some of your own food.
Bob Quinn is revolutionizing our understanding of Wheat as a Sacred Seed. He teaches not only how it was intended to be grown, but provides research and understanding. Ancient Wheat can be health-giving for many people if properly prepared.
In an age when more and more people have negative health impacts from eating wheat, Bob Quinn took a handful of ancient heirloom seeds of Khorasan wheat, named it KAMUT® Brand to ensure its organic and non-GMO integrity, and turned it into thousands of acres of crop to support many farmers in the worthwhile endeavor of growing ancient wheat. He then set out to do scientific research showing that many healthy people could continue to eat wheat, if the wheat they ate was grown by organic non-GMO methods, and if they were consuming wheat that had been properly prepared for digestion.
Dr. Robert Quinn, founder of KAMUT International, speaking at the National Heirloom Expo 2015
JERE GETTLE FOUNDED BAKER CREEK HEIRLOOM SEED COMPANY
Jere Gettle at the Petaluma Seed Bank, the western headquarters for Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company. This is the location where its Missouri staff coordinate the annual National Heirloom Expo. This photo was taken following the National Heirloom Expo in 2016. Each year I bring Jere one of the award winning watermelons from San Diego's JR Organics.
Jere Gettle, at the age of 18 years old, more than 19 years ago, was concerned that more and more varieties of indigenous and original seeds known as Heirlooms, were disappearing. Out of his concern, he started the Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company, which now has a collection of more than 1800 varieties of seeds. Many seeds carry the stories of indigenous people. Other heirlooms are seeds that have been passed down from generation to generation and contain a natural biodiversity that has not been manhandled. These seeds can adapt to various climate conditions if need be.
The seeds Jere and company share with others are beautifully packaged. I say they come with a mandate that as we plant them, we are taking our own lives out of the "package" and revealing our own sacred seed nature.
This is my favorite photo of Jere Gettle. He is an American hero. I am honored to know him and have him as an Enchanted Garden Club Member and Sponsor.
I'M SHARING WITH YOU MY TEACHER, A KERNEL OF WHEAT. IT WILL GROW INTO A BLADE OF GRASS WITHIN DAYS, DEMONSTRATING HOW FAST OUR DREAMS CAN GROW!
This Kernel of wheat was pre-soaked for 24 hours and planted. It will turn to grass within a matter of days.
Sometimes I think of my life as a curiosity of creation. What I have achieved has been accomplished through overcoming limits. I have learned that when I feel there is a hole in my life, I can plant a dream in that hole.
These are trying times for many of us.
"Plant Your Dream Seeds" can help us find our way.
One of my favorite quotes is from Henry David Thoreau, a student of life. His last book, published after his death, was called "Faith in a Seed."
"Though I do not believe that a plant will spring up where no seed has been, I have great faith in a seed. Convince me that you have a seed there, and I am prepared to expect wonders." -Henry David Thoreau
I would have never been able to walk, had it not been for conventional surgery. There was a time in my life when I felt trapped in my body. I could not bend my hips at all to sit - and yet, for the last five years I've climbed aboard a '68 VW van and driven more than 1700 miles to the National Heirloom Expo, on a mission that I call The Enchanted Garden Mobile's Journey to Win Back Our Sacred SeedNature.
The journey is always problematic, but in spite of the challenge, I always manage to find the mental and physical fortitude to get there, on a journey that many times is preceded by self-doubt.
One key to the success of the trip is that I plant Seed Dreams in a pot that I deem sacred, and then carry that pot with me. I find great power in doing this, and every time someone plants a dream in that pot, the pot is further empowered.
PLEASE PLANT THE SEEDS
The "Plant Your Dream Seeds" in the "Winning Back Sacred Seed Starter Kit" are intended to be planted. They will help you grow your Life! Growing seeds inspired the journey of my life, and so I'm sharing with you my Teacher, a kernel of Ancient Wheat that when tended will grow into a blade of grass within a matter of days, with the capacity to help you connect to your own dreams.
BLADES OF GRASS CONNECT US TO INFINITY AND TO NATURE
When I touch grass,
I touch eternity.
It existed long before there were human beings
on the earth, and it will continue
to exist for millions of years to come.
Through the grass,
I tallk to the infinite,
which is only a silent force.
This is not a physical contact.
It is not in the earthquake,
wind, or fire,
It is the invisible world of nature,
or which, I, too, am a part."
--George Washington Carver

WHAT IS THE WINNING BACK SACRED SEED STARTER KIT ALL ABOUT?
The "Plant Your Dream Seeds" in this "Winning Back Sacred Seeds Starter Kit" are for remembering how to keep the beat with Nature. These ceremonial seeds of ancient heirloom original kernels of wheat are intended to help you win back --regenerate--your very own Ancient, Original, Heirloom, Identity as a Sacred Seed. Any questions? This #PlantYourDreamBlog Is intended to answer them!
The seeds in the seed packet were created for various Plant Your Dream Blog campaigns, including The Enchanted Garden Mobile's Journey To Win Back Our Sacred Seed Nature. These "Plant Your Dream Seeds" have been used in many special ceremonies throughout the year, and my intent is that you, too, can create ceremonies of your own using these seeds.
THE PLANT YOUR DREAM RITUAL - ONE-ON-ONE
The Seed is where Consciousness and Healing Coalesce. Singer & Songwriter Larisa Stow Plants a Sacred Moment. Days of Awe, October, 2016
The brief ritual done one-on-one involves taking kernels of Ancient Wheat out of the seed packet. Each seed that falls from the packet represents a single dream to be planted. The Sacred Seed Prayer is said at this point. The next step involves taking some moments to reflect on the dreams to be connected with the growth of the seed.
If you are guiding the ritual, invite the person to plant private dreams that they keep secret. I offer, when appropriate, the opportunity to share their dream if they wish. Sometimes I plant a dream with the person to bless their work or a presentation they may be giving.
A POT OF GOOD SOIL IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE RITUAL
AS YOU PLANT YOUR DREAM, SAY THIS SACRED SEED PRAYER
Sacred Seed! Sacred Plant!
I hold you in my hands,
and I hold you as my future.
Thank you for representing wishes
I am planting! As you grow,
so will my Seed Dreams.
Growing you will help me
celebrate the harvest in my life.
Thank you for reminding me
I am a Sacred Seed.
Thank you for reminding me
that the Universe thrives as I thrive.
Today we grow a new Enchanted Garden,
a renewed Earth!
Would you like to keep your Seed Dream someplace you can always see it? Print out this pretty graphic, and begin to write out your dream in the clear space. If you have more to say, write out a journal entry. I recommend keeping a notebook (I call it a Garden Management Journal) to keep track of your dreams. Recording your dreams will help remind me of what you have planted.
THE PLANT YOUR DREAM RITUAL IN A GROUP SETTING
The Plant Your Dream ritual can be adapted to a group setting. Numerous adaptations are possible.
Plant Your Dream Seed Packets can be handed out to each person in the room as they register, or circulated throughout the room before the ritual.
As a group ritual, seeds can also be sent around the room at a conference in a bowl. and then planted as #SeedDreams in a shared pot with other dreams growing.
At the Consciousness and Healing Initative #CHI Summit, November 4, 2016, organizer Dr. Shamini Jain handed out seed packets to all the attendees at registration. She opened the conference with words of her own inspiration regarding the planting of seeds.
The seed packets make a wonderful sound when shaken by each person in unison, it's musical.
If you want to read the #SacredSeedPrayer but it seems logistically impractical to hand out the Seed Packets, simply ask everyone to imagine they have a seed in their hand.
EXAMPLE OF A SIMPLE ENCHANTED GARDEN INSTALLATION
The Seed Packets can be shared at an Enchanted Garden Installation, where attendees can do the #PlantYourDream ritual one-on-one.
Seth Romanoff, Communications Director for the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine #AIHM16 plants a dream in a single pot located in the foyer of the Red Carpet Area.
READING THE SACRED SEED PRAYER RESPONSIVELY IS POWERFUL
I witness great power in a group experience, having the reader say the words and having the group repeat the words responsively. This creates a community of voices that charges the atmosphere with intention.
EXAMPLE OF READING THE SACRED SEED PRAYER RESPONSIVELY
This video demonstrates the Sacred Seed Prayer being read responsively. It also illustrates the process of a dream being planted.
ASK THE GROUP TO IMAGINE THEY HAVE A SEED IN HAND
From a logistical point of view, the Sacred Seed Prayer can be introduced by asking everyone to imagine they have a seed in their hands. Then read the prayer.
ADAPTING THE SACRED SEED PRAYER TO YOUR OWN NEEDS
Feel free to adapt the words from the Sacred Seed Prayer to your own needs.
Dr. Mimi Guarneri M.D. chose certain sentences when she read from the podium at the Scripps Natural Supplement Conference 2016.
SETTING UP SACRED SPACE WHERE DREAMS CAN BE PLANTED
Another choice at conferences entails setting up a designated space where attendees are invited to do the Plant Your Dream ritual. A Seed Dream pot can be set up for this purpose, filled with the finest soil you can find.
Seed Dream pots can be set up at various locations, including the stage, where attendees can take a moment to read the Sacred Seed Prayer that can be placed there.
At the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine Conference, #AIHM16, October 30-November 3, and the #CHISummit, November 4, 2016, there were a number of pots, both on stage and in a central area of the foyer, where individuals were invited to do the Plant Your Dream ritual one-on-one. A large printout of the Sacred Seed Prayer was placed at the pot.
Dr. Mimi Guarneri M.D. welcomed a pot containing dreams to the stage of the Scripps Natural Supplement Conference (#ScrippsNatSup) 2016.
THE POWER IN THE SACRED SEED
Weeks before the first Consciousness and Healing Initative CHI Summit, Dr. Shamini Jain visited my home with her two children. I asked mom and the kids to imagine success for a series of Healthcare events that were about to transpire in San Diego. The three events that followed over the next three weeks all had Enchanted Garden Installations, where the centerpiece was the Plant Your Dream ritual.
Seeds absorb energy. Visualize the seeds picking up the energy of a conference. Attendees can be encouraged to plant them later in a pot or in the ground, to keep a conference's energy alive in their thoughts. Seeds are reminders. Seeds, as instruments of consciousness itself, carry energy from place to place.
HOW PARTICIPANTS VALUE THE EXPERIENCE
The experience of the Plant Your Dream ritual is a highly valuable way to create reverent moments. It creates a break in normal consciousness and allows the participant to access their own Sacred Seed Nature. It creates a conscious healing space for setting intentions, and to transmit those intentions to plants. The plants will carry your intentions, and grow them.
Participants ofter experience a wondrous inner journey. Doing the ritual is frequently appreciated, and that gives me a sense of deep satisfaction.
It is truly amazing how many appreciate the ritual.
HOW TO SHIFT THE WORLD IN 15 SECONDS OR LESS
When I am doing the Plant Your Dream ritual at conferences, I often bring along aromatic plants to be inhaled. Snippets of rosemary, or living plants, such as chocolate peppermint, can be placed near the Enchanted Garden Installation dream pot. Chocolate peppermint is highly effective in shifting consciousness. One of my favorite lines to tell others is, "I would like to show you how to shift the world in 15 seconds," and then I give them a piece of the chocolate mint to rub between their hands, bring up to their nose, and inhale. The delicious scent can really shift their mood.
HOW FAST CAN A DREAM GROW? AS FAST AS A BLADE OF GRASS!
This graphic can be custom made into an 18 by 24 inch framed artwork. One hangs at the Petaluma Seed Bank. To order yours, send me a request via Facebook, or at this email.
These ancient wheat seeds will grow into grass very fast. If the seeds are soaked overnight, and then planted about four days before an event, they will begin to sprout into grass during the event. They can grow an inch or more a day. This is an amazing experience to witness in the conference setting.
WHAT TO DO WITH THE GROWN GRASS THAT HAS BEEN GROWING IN THE POT
Seeds can successfully grow in a pot into grass, and then into a staff of wheat with kernels, if they're not too densely packed in the pot.
Friend Don helps transfer the grass, representing dreams that were planted at the Academy of Health and Medicine Conference 2016 and the CHI Summit.
I sometimes transfer the grass to a specific spot in my garden. I connect all the dreams to the strongest seedlings. The goal is to get some of the seedlings to grow into full plants that will produce seeds again.
PLEASE NOTE: KAMUT ANCIENT WHEAT IS A BRAND NAME, SOLD AND QUALITY CONTROLLED BY KAMUT INTERNATIONAL
KAMUT® Ancient Wheat is a brand name, sold and quality controlled by KAMUT International. This particular kind of ancient wheat is called Khorasan wheat. I have been successful in tending Khorasan plants to the point of harvest. This is exciting. The farmers who grow KAMUT® ancient wheat grow it according to a contract to meet a specific standard of organic and Non-GMO quality.
If you watch the growth
of this seed...you will find that there
is an indestructible and mysterious power in it -
the power of life. If you watch long enough,
you will see that the grain disappears and is
replaced by a plant which will Triumph over
all Obstacles and Opposition - which will grow
higher and higher and higher
because it has life within it."
--Edmond Bordeaux Szekely
Co-Founder of Rancho La Puerta
The metaphor of the ancient wheat grain as a instrument of helping each of us regain an authentic relationship with nature is an old story that echoes through my own work. I will be telling the story more extensively in 2017. It originates in my studies with Edmond Bordeaux Szekely, co-founder of the number one destination spa in America, called Rancho La Puerta.
At a time when both agriculture and our personal relationship with nature so deeply need to be regenerated, the Plant Your Dream ritual can help in schools and in the conference setting.
PLANT YOUR DREAM IN THE THERAPEUTIC SETTING
The Plant Your Dream ritual can easily be adapted to the therapeutic setting, as a instrument to bring hope at a time when it is deeply needed.
Here is a favorite quote from Henry David Thoreau:
"Though I do not believe that a plant will spring up where no seed has been, I have great faith in a seed. Convince me that you have a seed there, and I am prepared to expect wonders.”
As an example, in an interview with a client, the practitioner could ask the patient to plant their dreams for the harvest that is wanted.
Natural healing entails a sometimes rocky road that includes breakdowns. Dr. Bernard Jensen, my mentor, named and identified this reversal process that practitioners of other ages knew quite well. When we approach natural healing, there are times we cannot tell up from down. In getting "better," at times we may feel worse.
BREAKDOWNS LEAD TO BREAKTHROUGHS
This is one of my favorite phrases:
Breakdowns lead to breakthroughs.
Also, "Any time you have a hole in your life, plant a seed in it!"
The planting of intentions has widespread benefits for health improvement, as well as improving interpersonal relationships.
DESTINY ASKS THAT WE TRANSFORM; THE GROWING SEEDS DEMONSTRATE THIS
"You, too, must one day cease to be your present self, so that you may become a richer personality, in pursuance of the law that life always creates more life, truth more abundant truth,
the seed more abundant seeds.
This is one answer to your problems given by the grain of wheat."
- Professor Edmond. B. Szekely
FROM MY AUTOBIOGRAPHY, "REKINDLING OF FAITH"
"Restore my faith that the grass grows endlessly in each and every new moment
and seeds will come to pass into full-blown flowering.
Show me the forgiveness to go easier on myself,
to live the rhythm of my seasons.
Grant me the insight to rejoice future harvests in the present." - Leslie Goldman
GRASS AS A METAPHOR FOR GROWING OUR GRASSROOTS MOVEMENT
We are being asked to literally grow a “grassroots” movement if we want Peace on Earth. Some believe that it’s important to stand up against what is not working is our society. In part, this is true, but I feel that it is also important to move boldly in the direction of our dreams.
A grounded social movement begins from the ground up! It begins with more and more of us remembering our relationship with Nature. It begins with learning how to grow some of our own food. We can ” out grow” our broken systems by investing in the new systems that we intend to grow on Earth. I call that renewed world the Enchanted Garden. When I look at this image, I see a Grassroots movement growing.
GROWING ANCIENT WHEAT TEACHES SOUL PRINCIPLES
Nature gives us a multitude of living metaphors that are easily accessible and demonstrate Soul principles.
Grow the Ancient Grass! You will discover your very own Metaphoric Mind!
“...nature is the opposite of the soul, answering to it part for part. One is seal, and one is print. Its beauty is the beauty of his own mind. Its laws are the laws of his own mind. Nature then becomes to him the measure of his attainments. So much of nature as he is ignorant of, so much of his own mind does he not yet possess. And, in fine, the ancient precept, "Know thyself," and the modern precept, "Study nature," become at last one maxim.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson, Nature and Selected Essays
YOU ARE WELCOMING A DIFFERENT WORLD WITH DIFFERENT RULES WHEN YOU DO THE PLANT YOUR DREAM RITUAL
As you begin to experience the world of intention working through the Plant Your Dream ritual, you are entering a different world that has different rules.
There is much to say about the Plant Medicine that goes hand in hand with a brand of real magic that belongs to the Enchanted Garden.
I have experienced that a shift in weather often accompanies the Plant Your Dream ritual. I had more than 12 instances of rain coming in sync with the planting of seeds in 2015! More instances are recorded in my highlights for 2016.
Starhawk and Leslie Goldman, September 16, 2016, Hopland, CA
This is a time of harvest.
Working with the esteemed ceremonialist Starhawk at the North American Permaculture Convergence in September 2016 was an initiation for me. It reminded me of abilities I've experienced many times in my life where weather patterns shifted when the right elements of uplifted consciousness, healing and intentionality were present.
When temperatures that week soared to the high 90s in both Hopland, California and San Diego, I asked a child at our festival to do the honors of pouring the rain water that I'd brought from San Diego on the pot in which we'd planted our ritual sacred seeds. There had been more than 100 of us participating in that ritual, and I am sure that the group energy of anchoring hopes and dreams, that amplified what ended up happening: The following two days it stormed in San Diego, breaking months of drought conditions.
During this same event, the North American Permaculture Convergence, one of my dear companions, Jennifer Rae Fitzhugh, witnessed some dramatic shifts in our own weather conditions under the influence of this heightened collective consciousness. It was very hot. I asked for a shift. A cooling wind came up instantly.
I'm convinced under the right circumstances, Nature is constantly listening - and there are invisible forces wanting to affirm that we are one with Nature.
Sacred heirloom seeds carry the indigenous stories of true culture from every part of the world. When we enter into relationship with them, wonders can happen, as Thoreau expressed. These seeds are standing on the sidelines, waiting to work with us. They represent what I call Nature's Original Technology. This is the underlying technology, as of yet largely untapped, that goes with humanity successfully living on Earth.

THIS LIVE STREAM CAPTURES WEATHER SHIFTING AS A SHIFT IN CONSCIOUSNESS AND HEALING IS INITIATED
Speaking the word about communing with nature, Nature Responded. The weather shifted while this live feed was being made.
Another experience with "Nature listening" occurred on October 9, 2016, previous to the Day of Atonement in the Jewish tradition. This incident was recorded on a livestream video we shot, at the Terra Madre Gardens in Escondido, California.
It was a very hot day, when David Solomon, Adrienne Prince and I gathered at the farm. We were consecrating some rows of ancient wheat that David had invited to grow, in the spirit of creating a renaissance of ancient Essene Teachings. There was no breeze that day, but as we spoke of what we were doing, a strong breeze responded to the words I was speaking, It was as if Nature was giving a big "Yes!" You can witness the shift in weather here, in the video.

ENDING THE DROUGHT IN OUR LIVES
I am clear that we can shift the weather. Science, for the most part has shown that Climate Change, as it is called, is real. I want to express the thought that through increased harmony, we can also shift the weather. I called the experience of 300 Native American Tribes coming into harmony with each other and standing in prayer, a factor that ended the Drought in Our Lives. I called this "The Victory of #StandingRock." The weather shifted in our San Diego region considerable since "The Victory of #StandingRock. I also want to express that increased understanding between men and women can also end the Drought in our Lives. Increase understanding can bring rain in drought areas. In 2017, I will demonstrate this further through my Campaigns that include #HealthComestoSanDiego and #WomanRising.

THESE ARE THE WORDS TO THE ENCHANTED GARDEN CLUB PLEDGE
Oh patient Mother Earth,
let us walk together more closely.
My own fertile, flowering seed dreams
are your fulfillment and renewal.
Remind me that all natural things
on Earth grow from seeds that touch soil,
as do I. Open in me the wisdom
contained in a tiny seed
that I might experience
how my dreams grow naturally.
The Enchanted Garden,
a name for the new Earth
growing through me,
starts here and now!

THE "CAMPAIGN TO GROW A HEALTHIER PIZZA" WILL HARVEST ANCIENT WHEAT GROWN IN THE FIELD AT TERRA MADRE GARDENS, AS PART OF A SPECIAL EVENT IN 2017
The early years of our work with KAMUT Kernels of wheat were inspired by an awareness that not only was Pizza the most popular food in America, but that Congress, under the influence of food suppliers, had in 2012 declared that two ounces of tomato sauce qualified pizzas as a vegetable. Thus was born our Campaign to Grow a Healthier Pizza.
In 2017, we will harvest a stand of Khorasan wheat grown from KAMUT International quality kernels of ancient wheat.
We will hand grind the kernels into dough. One key to a healthier pizza is giving the dough the time to naturally ferment. The natural fermentation process is key to digestible bread as well as pizza. The body reacts to wheat that is not properly fermented and the quality of the kernels is also a part of an anti-inflammatory body response.
The grinding of the kernels into flour is an enlightening process, and turning the dough into a finished digestible product is inspiring.
March 8-13, 2017 are my show dates for @ExpoWest, The Natural Product Expo West, held at the Anaheim Convention Center. I like to arrive a day early to get settled for events that begin on Thursday, March 9 and run through Sunday March 12.
I stay a day later to do an event I have created, called "Organic Day at Downtown Disney." It's usually just me and Mickey Mouse who show up, but that is plenty. We meet outside the Jamba Juice and have a wheatgrass.
Jo Dickson for many years has worked for New Hope Natural Media (now New Hope Network), the producer of the Natural Product Expo West. Jo is a key person for me at the show, when I get to see her once a year. Some years, she has been manager of the Show Office.
The Natural Product Expo is the official kickoff for my yearly campaigns. Years ago, I gave the gift of baby herb plants to Jim Tripp, who supervises the Anaheim Convention Center Kitchen. I planted the idea, "Grow an herb garden!" Years later, there is a rooftop garden at the Anaheim Convention Center. It all started with sharing a dream.
HOW FAST CAN A DREAM GROW?

GMO EDUCATION CONTINUES ON THE PLANT YOUR DREAM BLOG
Stephanie Seneff is a senior research scientist at the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She has discovered cutting edge links between autism and GMOs. Go here. I met her and planted dreams at the Environmental Health Symposium March, 6, 2016. PLANT YOUR DREAM AT THE CHI SUMMIT NOVEMBER 4, 2016
Shamini and I planted dreams together a few weeks before the #CHI Summit
I read the Sacred Seed Prayer to Dr. Shamini Jain, creator of the Consciousness and Healing Initiative(#CHI), a few weeks before her event November 4. As a result of her experience, we planted dreams together at my home, and she gave the seed packets to all of the 200+ attendees of the auspicious post-conference of the Academy for Integrative Health and Medicine annual conference (#AIHM16). I had an Enchanted Garden Installation, a few plants and seed dream post, at both events.
Many attendees planted dreams and enjoyed the experience.
Dr. Mimi Guarneri MD, who founded the Academy for Integrative Health and Medicine, and formerly of the Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine, adapted the Sacred Seed Prayer for use from the podium, at the #AIHM15 Conference.
NOVEMBER 19, 2016: MY BIRTHDAY SEED PLANTING
Serena Carver Noble and her husband John brought over their family of four kids to play in the garden at my house, on Nov 19, 2016. Nellie helped decorate a new Seed Dream pot and as she did so, John announced that he felt unexpected rain drops outside! It rained five times in the next two weeks, in drought-like San Diego.

SAN DIEGO'S PERMACULTURE ACTION NETWORK #STANDINGROCK EVENT:
OUR "PLANT YOUR DREAM" & CLOSING CEREMONY ACTIVITIES
These photos are from the closing ceremony of the San Diego Permaculture Action Day w Rising App 4 Standing Rock event December 2016 at Terra Madre Gardens in Escondido, California. A stand of ancient Khorasan wheat grown from KAMUT organic / non-GMO wheat are now growing there, for harvest in 2017.
In these photos little kids are having a ball playing outside a circle of ancient wheat. In the middle of the circle is a container of San Diego rainwater and a pot of Seed Dreams growing.
"PLANT YOUR DREAM" AT THE HILLCREST FARMERS' MARKET DECEMBER 11, 2016
This graphic was created around the time I initiated the Campaign to Grow a Healthier Pizza.
Please read these words:
WHAT IS MOTHER EARTH ASKING OF YOU NOW?
How more beautiful would the world be if ALL the heirloom seeds sitting on shelves in packages became the plants they could be?
How much more Soul would there be in the world if we allowed our inner Seed Dreams to come out of their ‘packages’ and grow the ‘plants’ they can be?
How much passion and life would we feel? How more peaceful and healthy would the world be?
Mother Earth says, “Plant Your Dream!” because your Soul is intended to be a fully-expressive heirloom seed in her cornucopia of earthly abundance. She wants you fully growing in the world now.
This montage of photos was generated automatically on Facebook. The woman in the upper right is Dr. Judith Larkin Reno, whose memorial was held the day I left San Diego on my journey to the National Heirloom Expo. I expressed that her soul was my companion on the journey northward. Jaccie Phillips is shown to the right of me.
“I’ve been waiting half my life to tell someone about Leslie Goldman. Always figured I’d wait for some desperate moment. Now it’s here.” Bob Baker, writing in the Los Angeles Times Magazine
I met Dr. Liz Lipski at the Scripps Natural Supplement Conference 2015. We planted dreams. She joined The Enchanted Garden Club . She wrote:
‘Someone once told me that dreams were for children. Aren’t we all children? Leslie’s work connects people to envision fully,
to embrace what’s possible, and to walk forward in hope. He is inspiring and brings us back to what’s essential, and what is uniquely essential.
I would love to see him working in hospitals, schools and widely, to plant seeds of hope and dreams like Johnny Appleseed."
Dave Kaiser, the "Gaby Hayes of Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company," is shown in the driver's seat of the Enchanted Garden Mobile, in this photo, which we use on the Plant Your Dream seed packets.
For more than 30 years, Leslie Goldman has planted dreams, on his own and with others, to "ground" The Enchanted Garden, a name he gives for our renewed Earth.
In 2015, Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company issued his “Plant Your Dream Seeds" in a packet that is freely given away to teach the importance of growing heirloom seeds. Many heirloom seeds are original seeds of indigenous people and in growing them, we keep alive biodiversity of culture. Leslie considers growing original seeds as a way to reveal our own Sacred Seed Nature. Heirloom Seeds carry forward stories - and in growing them, we keep alive the story inherent in the seed.
Missouri's Dave Kaiser, Baker Creek's popular farmer and behind the scene's icon, gets double hugged at the National Heirloom Expo by Enchanted Garden Goddesses, Mariah (Left) and Abby Kneipp of Australia. You can be there too, September 5-7, 2017, Santa Rosa, to get filled up with inspiration.
THIS IS A COMPILATION THAT INCLUDES ALL THE PARTS OF THIS WRITING, INCLUDING HIGHLIGHTS IN PHOTOS FROM 2016 AND LOOKING AHEAD TO 2017, A HISTORY OF THE ENCHANTED GARDEN INSTALLATION THAT BEGAN IN THE 80's AND A NOTE OF APPRECIATION TO KAMUT INTERNATIONAL AND BAKER CREEK HEIRLOOM SEED COMPANY FOR HELPING TO PRODUCE THE "WINNING BACK SACRED SEED STARTER KIT THAT CONTAINS "PLANT YOUR DREAM SEEDS." http://www.curezone.org/blogs/fm.asp?i=2346481
I want to extend my appreciation to Adrienne Prince for editing this #PlantYourDreamBlog.
She writes, "One of Leslie Goldman's primary ways of connecting with the public for the last 20 years has been to invite passersby and thought leaders at public events to “plant a dream.” It's a wish-craft exercise, in which the wisher imbues a seed of kamut® (ancient wheatgrass) with the intention of their seed-dream, and then they plant it into soil, with the seed-dreams of others at that event. Some people understand this bit of old-time inspired Earth-magic immediately – children of course tend to understand it automatically - but if time allows or if it's needed to give the intention more gravitas, Leslie has a poem that they can read aloud while they're holding their seed in their hand."
