Day 1 of my liquid diet

Today was a good day. I have completed day one of my liquid diet. I had cravings throughout the day... I thought about pizza, cupcakes, chicken, fries...I'm sure you get the idea. However, I have stuck strictly to my liquid diet. I drank three meal replacement shakes with added frozen fruit which I blended along with drinking 2+ liters of water. I plan on continuing with the same meals for day 2 and 3. Day 4 onwards I plan on adding in a meal of soup stuffed with veggies and beans along with two shakes. I also will be taking liquid iron along with a good quality multivitamin. Other than that I plan on taking things one day at a time. The cravings are strong and I will really need to take things one day at a time and keep motivated.I'll do weekly weigh ins and share on this blog.
