End of Water Fasting Day 1

I've gone through a few short fasts in the past 2 months, never fasting longer than 4 days. I've lost and regained weight, arriving right back where I started. This time, I'm hoping to sustain the fast for at least 14 days and will subsist mainly on juice, fruits and vegetables the first two months immediately after refeeding. I also plan to take up running after the fast.
I am a 22 year old female and I started the fast weighing 80 kilos. By the end of the first day, I had lost 1 kilo.
Today went by smoothly. I feel that having gone through this before has helped me through today. I felt very few brief hunger pangs but no real desire to eat. This is very different from the almost overwhelming headache and hunger pangs I felt when fasting for the very first time.
My reasons for fasting are simple. First, I am hoping the quick weight loss initially experienced during fasting will motivate me to lose more weight through a change in diet and the introduction of exercise. Second, I want to establish a healthy relationship with food, to be able to recognize it as a source of energy and nourishment for my body and not as a source of comfort or happiness to be abused whenever I feel like it.
