WATER FAST for cleansing and weight loss

I am starting another water fast. This time I am not going to say how many days I am doing this for. The reason I am not going to say how long is because my body will determine that on its own. I did a 14 day fast last time and stopped it because it was christmas and I wanted turkey!! I was successful with weight loss and cleansing. This time I am just going to keep going until my body feels hungry again and then simply I will start eating again. I find this to be the simplest and safest way to fast. I will be continueing to run 6 km daily 5 days per week, unless I feel weak and then I will walk or stop. Frankly if I begin to not be able to run, I may end the fast because I think the exercise is more important in the long run. I am doing this for weight loss but mostly for cleansing. I find that when I feel sluggish or bloated, if I fast, I feel great again.
This is day 2 and I feel quite good. I am hungry but that is understandable. Hunger probably wont go away until tomorrow or the next day.
starting weight in May last year was 300 pounds
Start weight for this fast was 250 (3 days ago)
Currently on day 2 of water fast weight is 245.
I have fasted 3 or 4 times and have fluctuated a little bit up and down since I started but I have not gained the initial weight back. I fast between dieting because I am finding that my skin bounces back quickly from losing the weight, my blemishes are gone and my asthma is way better. I do not have any stretch marks after losting the 55 pounds I have already lost. So I figure I am doing a good thing!!
