still doing raw

I have been eating around 2500 calories a day of mostly fruits then some vegetables. Most of my calories come from bananas. My weight is slowly moving down. Lost 2 pounds in a few days. Staying away from nuts and avocado most days, so on average I am getting 10% fat.
The only thing I need to watch is sodium from these canned jalapeno peppers I like eating with mushrooms, not really part of the raw diet but having a hard time giving them up.
