I haven't read books on the low fat raw diet yet, but am going to get one tomorrow. But basically, I am just eating nothing but raw fruits and vegetables with no added oils, salts or sugar.

Well, I got a bunch of raw fruits and vegetables to start tomorrow. I'm psyched. I was going to fast first but decided to just do raw for a while, I might do some short water fast periodically. But want to try out this new lifestyle first and get a feel for it.
I weigh around 190 lbs, I am so out of shape. My skin breaks out, I don' t sleep well, my skin looks bad, I get bloated easily, I have weird pains in my body at times.
So, I would like to see some improvements. Here goes...
